I love the idea of the app, but its a bummer you cannot upload the pictures. It looks like from previous reviews that was an option. That should really be brought back.
Took pictures through the app and they wouldn't load, even though I was on wifi. I had to redo it a few times, and it didn't work each time. I also would love an option to upload at a later time using my gallery.
why can we not upload pictures? if this is about helping to stop trafficking, taking away the convenience is absolutely absurd. in addition, it's extremely condescending when you try to touch any button within the app and it tells you, "we did not instruct you to make that selection." I am absolutely appalled... fix these or no one will use it at the cost of helping to save lives.
I guess I don't understand how the app work, I take a picture, then it says swipe to identify object, I do, all I get from there is "we didn't tell you to use that button" .
I use to use this app all the time. Now it's not user friendly. I hate the updates this app has gone through. Its so frustrating I cannot just submit my pictures I already taken... now this app is so finicky and a giant pain in the a$$. I've been using it for years on my travels. I don't know if I will use it anymore.
I do not like the update makes it harder to take photos so I uninstalled this app
I recently stayed at a hotel and quickly snapped 4 pictures like I've done for years with this app, before letting everyone get comfortable in the room. After checking out of the room, I had a chance to upload the photos, but now see the app update no longer allows that. Not as convenient as before when you are limited on time or signal/wifi. I'll have to change the way I use the app in the future and I guess toss the recent photos.
This updated version STINKS! I used the older version for years and never had a problem. This is complicated. The other one was very user friendly. I don't have time to figure this out or to take pictures and then have it tell me that I'm hitting the wrong button... You just lost a user, and I am a strong advocate for survivors of trafficking.
The newer version won't identify objects and doesn't work.
I've used the old version for many years. The new version is extremely difficult to use. I took a bunch of photos while staying at a hotel, and I cannot find a way to upload them at a later time when I have secure internet connection. The old version was much easier for photo submission. Please add the functionality back. Thank you.
